The definition of steadfast is: firm in belief, determination, or adherence: loyal. Having to remain steadfast has been a large part of my own journey. Remaining steadfast in therapy allows you to stay committed to the process even when progress feels slow or difficult. It builds resilience, encourages deep self-reflection, and fosters long-term healing in order to experience lasting transformation.
Upon seeking therapy at Steadfast, you can expect to feel in a safe and comfortable space- judgement free- to present yourself as you are. This openness promotes self-awareness, healing and growth, as you feel supported in experiencing difficult emotions and experiences without shame.
Parakletos is a Greek word that literally translates to "someone who is called to come along someone else". A strong partnership will create a collaborative space where you feel supported, understood and empowered. Together we will focus on identifying goals, explore solutions and overcome challenges to make the healing process more effective and personalized.
